A safe space for all
Welcome to ConvaStation, a supportive online community dedicated to helping teenagers navigate the challenges of depression. We offer anonymous chat with professionals, daily check-ins, and a wealth of helpful resources. You're not alone, and we're here to help.

Share your feelings
It is important to share your problems with others, even if you think they are big or small. Talking about your concerns and sharing your feelings with other people can help release pent-up feelings and ease negative emotions. Get something that’s bothering you off your chest, or even just talk to someone who understands.
Get help
If you’re struggling, tell someone. You are not alone, and there will always be someone to support you, just reach out. We have linked a few help sources and articles for anyone in need.
